On this page you will see samples of the amazing portraits my friend and mentor has created of cats, dogs and other creatures. Ginny works from a photo and does both Acrylic and Pencil Portraits. Although some of Ginny's sketches take up to 6 weeks, 6 days a week to create, her charges are incredibly fair, and she feels passionately that she would rather charge less and create portraits for people who adore their pets, rather than to produce artwork for only the wealthy.

If you want a portrait done, you need to supply photos of your pet(s) with at least one taken at eye level, and at least one taken outside in shade without shadow, to allow Ginny to reproduce colours and expressions accurately. You can send as many photos as you want as they allow Ginny to see your pet in different lights and with different expressions.
